Summary of results of customer survey December 2013

CV Writers recently carried out a survey of customers to find out what they think about our services and the difference it has made in their interview success. The survey was sent out to all customers from March 2011 – so a big thank you to all those who replied.

Listening to your feedback and taking on board your comments is vital to developing our services. We will be making improvements in the coming months – so watch this space. However, the results have been fantastic and here is a snapshot summary:

How did your new CV compare with your old version?

85% of customers said their new CV was significantly or infinitely better than their old version (31% saying it was infinitely better)

How long was it before you gained your first interview with your new CV?

Over 80% of customers gained an interview within 8 weeks with over 50% of customers gaining an interview within 4 weeks

How likely are you to use our CV writing service again in the future?

100% said ‘moderately’ to ‘extremely’ likely

How likely are you to recommend our services to others?

86% of customers said ‘quite’ or ‘extremely’ likely (47% extremely likely)

Was your experience of customer service at CV Writers better or worse than expected?

0% said ‘worse’ than expected with 26% saying it was ‘a great deal better’ than expected

Has your new CV improved your chances of being called to interview?

90% of customers said their chances had either ‘improved’ or ‘significantly improved’ as a result of their new professionally written CV
